Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of stillscase (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.

The Service

stillscase lets you save links, videos, and text; summarizes and indexes them; and lets AI assistants you connect search and add to your saves. The Service is provided for your personal use, “as is”, and may change over time.

Your account and content

You’re responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your email secure. You keep ownership of the content you save. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, process, summarize, and display that content back to you and to the assistants you connect — only to operate the Service. Don’t save content you don’t have the right to, or that is unlawful.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the Service: no illegal, infringing, or abusive content; no attempts to break security, access other users’ data, or overload the system; no use that violates others’ rights or applicable law.

AI-generated output

Summaries, transcripts, and answers are generated by AI and may be inaccurate or incomplete. They are not professional advice — verify anything important against the original source.

Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers (see our Privacy Policy). AI assistants you connect are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Availability and termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, and we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or content. Keep your own copies of anything important.

Changes

We may update these terms; we’ll revise the “Last updated” date, and continued use means you accept the changes.
